Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days of the request will result in account suspension pending resolution.

All KYC documents are processed and stored in accordance with ac777k's Privacy Policy. Documents are never shared with third parties except as required by applicable law or legal process.

All deposits on ac777k are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupee). The minimum single deposit is 1,000 PKR. There is no maximum deposit limit specified in these general Terms; individual payment providers may apply their own transfer limits.

Accepted deposit methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, SadaPay, HBL, UBL, MCB Bank, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. ac777k does not charge a platform fee on deposits. Any charges applied are the payment provider's own fees and are outside ac777k's control.

Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — deposits made from a payment account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited. Any third-party deposit identified by ac777k will result in the deposited funds being returned to source and the account reviewed for potential suspension.

ac777k reserves the right to decline deposits at its sole discretion, including where anti-money laundering checks are triggered or where the depositing payment method cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder.

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used to deposit funds into your ac777k account, or pre-approved by ac777k following a verification check. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

All withdrawals are processed in PKR. The minimum withdrawal amount is 1,000 PKR. Withdrawals are processed to the following timescales for KYC-verified accounts:

• Easypaisa / JazzCash: Under five minutes, 24/7.
• Raast / SadaPay: Under fifteen minutes, 24/7.
• HBL, UBL, MCB Bank, Meezan Bank: Same-day for requests submitted during business hours.

Only genuinely won funds — real PKR balance excluding active Bonus Funds that have not yet completed their Wagering Requirement — are available for withdrawal. Bonus Funds become withdrawable cash only upon full completion of the applicable Wagering Requirement.

ac777k may delay withdrawal processing pending additional security checks. These checks will typically be completed within 48 hours. If additional documentation is required, the player will be notified by email to their registered address.

For cockfighting markets specifically: all bets are on the outcome of the live stream as declared by the arena operator. In the event of an inconclusive bout as declared by the arena, all bets on that bout are voided and stakes returned.

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly PKR deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC.

• Evidence of collusion, cheating, or use of prohibited software.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements that necessitate account closure.

A player may request the voluntary closure of their ac777k account at any time by contacting support. Upon voluntary closure, any verified withdrawable PKR balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within five business days. Bonus Funds that have not completed their Wagering Requirement are forfeited upon voluntary closure.
